Workshop Cancellation Policy

Medium Photo maintains a flexible policy toward workshop cancellations. Unless otherwise noted, our cancellation policy for workshops is to issue a full refund up to 90 days before the workshop start date by emailing cancellation to info@mediumphoto.org.

For cancellations 61 to 90 days from the start date of a workshop we retain 50% of the workshop fee.

We do not offer refunds beginning 60 days from the start date of a workshop. We can transfer the paid tuition to another photographer for the same workshop. It is the responsibility of the photographer to identify a replacement student, with payment worked out privately.

If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control we will issue a 100% refund for the full tuition cost of the workshop.

Medium Photo recommends purchasing Travel Insurance in the event of a cancellation. We are not responsible for cancellations due to medical or personal emergencies.
