2025 Medium Festival Photography Pop-Up

Medium Photo is hosting a marketplace style Pop-Up event at the 2025 Festival highlighting photographers, non-profit organizations, and businesses working in photography.

WE HAVE FILLED ALL OPEN TABLES AND ARE NOW FORMING A WAIT LIST.

Please email us at info@mediumphoto.org to add your name to the wait list. If tables become available we will contact you on a first come, first served basis.

The 2025 Photography Pop-Up is one element of a weekend with FREE programming at the Medium Festival of Photography, taking place at Bread & Salt on Saturday March 22 from 10am to 4pm. Photographers and businesses participating in the Pop-Up receive a dedicated table, signage and promotion as part of the 2025 Medium Festival of Photography.

The cost to reserve a table for 6.5 hours at the festival is $100 for independent artists, $250 for nonprofit organizations, $500 for commercial businesses. Billing will occur after the reservation form is completed using the link at the bottom of this page.

Participants and Businesses Receive

• Dedicated 6’ table space on Saturday, March 22. Table presenters and festival events are open to the public from 9:30am - 4:00pm.

• Promotion of your work on our social media streams and the Medium Photo website

• The opportunity to sell directly to the public, keeping all proceeds
