What do my membership fees support at Medium Photo?
Membership at Medium Photo supports our annual programs, including the Medium Festival of Photography, workshops, and scholarships. We are a small team working in an independent non-profit organization based in San Diego and Tijuana. Members are the backbone of all that we do!
What is the difference between Annual and Recurring membership payments?
Our annual membership is a one-time payment that offers a full year of benefits. We offer a recurring option that divides the cost of membership into monthly payments for one year.
I noticed the processing fee is higher for a Recurring membership. Why?
It is optional to cover the processing fees for your membership. If you opt to cover the fee, it includes a 50¢ charge per transaction, which amounts to $6.00 annually. This amount is reflected in the check box portion of the registration page.
Will I be notified before my credit card is charged?
Yes! We send notifications approximately one week before each annual renewal of your membership. In the case of monthly payments it is understood you have committed to one full year of membership, so we do not send monthly credit card reminders. We will send an annual reminder before each new year of a monthly subscriber’s renewal date.
How do I update or change my credit card information?
Send us an email to info@mediumphoto.org and we will assist with the update.
How do I upgrade my membership level?
Send us an email to info@mediumphoto.org so we can assist with an upgrade of your donation amount / membership level.
I would like to cancel future recurring donations, How do I do this?
We can assist, just send an email to info@mediumphoto.org and we’ll make the change. We’re here to help!
Can I make monthly donations outside of membership, without changing my membership level?
You can support Medium Photo through monthly or annual donations through our Donations Page. This will not affect your membership, and donations made directly to Medium Photo are a catalyst for continuing our annual programs and serving photographers in the bi-national region.
